General sales conditions

Any purchase of a holiday stay constitutes acceptance of general and particular sales conditions.

Reservation

Your reservation is regarded valid upon receipt of the signed reservation form and 30% deposit of the total cost of the holiday stay. The remaining sum to be paid on arrival.

Cancellation

In case of cancellation from you, a cancellation fee will be retained in the following cases :

• more than 30 days of the holiday stay : 50€
• 30 to 21 days of the holiday stay : 25% of the total cost
• 20 to 8 days of the holiday stay : 50% of the total cost
• up to 8 days of the holiday stay : 75% of the total cost.

No reimbursement is being paid in case of a "No show", late arrival at the meeting point or early departure from you.

Cancellation by us

In case of cancellation on our behaf, you will be informed by mail at least 21 days in advance.

One formula of replacement will be proposed to you insofar as possible.

Responsabilities

The details given in the travel information and the week / weekend schedules are indications only and we cannot be held responsible for any changes.

Each participant must obey the rules and follow the safety advice given by the guide. At any time, Maison Bastide Company reserves the right to exclude anyone whose behaviour endangers the safety and well-being of the others and under relevant circumstances, resserves the right to change the itinerary and the services provided. These decisions can be made either by the Company or the guide who is the one and only person in the field. No compensation is due in these circumstances.

Additional information

A copy of the general conditions concerning the holiday stays as well as the information concerning "Cancelling and Repatriation Assitance" are available on request at the service at Bastide's holiday stays.

For all the stays, you have the opportunity to arrive on a Saturday or/and depart on a Sunday. there is an additional charge of 50€ per person/full board, in a double room, in low and mid seasons, 55€ in high season.

Our stays are guaranteed on a basis of 4 persons.
