Terms and conditions
Registration for one of our holidays implies acceptance of the special and general conditions of sale.
Your registration will only be effective on receipt of your correctly completed and signed registration form, accompanied by a deposit of 30% of the cost of the holiday. The balance will be paid on site.
In the event of cancellation on your part, the following amounts will be retained:
more than 30 days: a lump sum of 50 euros
between 30 and 21 days: 25% of the price of the stay
between 20 and 8 days: 50% of the price of the stay
less than 8 days: 75% of the price of the stay.
No-shows, late arrivals or cancellations during the stay will not be reimbursed.
In the event of cancellation on our part
You will be notified by letter at least 21 days in advance.
Where possible, you will be offered an alternative package.
The practical information provided on our technical data sheets is given as an indication only and does not engage our responsibility.
Each participant must comply with the rules of caution and safety given by the guide. Les Séjours Bastide reserves the right to exclude at any time any person whose behavior compromises the safety or well-being of the group; and to modify, if circumstances require, the itineraries or certain services of the program, directly or through the intermediary of the guide, who remains the sole judge in the field. No compensation will be due in such cases.
The general terms and conditions of sale, as well as information on cancellation and repatriation assistance insurance policies, are available on request from the Séjours Bastide reservations department.
For all stays, it is possible to arrive on Saturday and/or leave on Sunday. Supplement /person/day for full board in a double room in low and mid season €50, in high season €55.
Our stays are guaranteed on a 4-person basis.
